A Women’s Place is in Space
I made a Documentary Short called A Women’s Place is in Space for my Documentary Cinema class. The documentary recounted the history of the Apollo missions and the hope for the future with the Artemis Missions. It features an interview with the Senior Science Communications Specialist for the International Space Station, Erin Winick Anthony. This video was published in October 2022.
Wildest Dreams
In 2020 and 2021, I created two videos to showcase my passion for science communications and space exploration. These videos had specific prompts of “what would you do if you didn’t lack the resources?” and “what is your wildest dream?”. My answer to both at the time involved going to space.
The Truth about Juanita Beach
As a final project for my Advanced Placement Environmental Science class, my peers and I examined the water quality of a local beach. We showcased our findings in a humorous way, proving that the scientific method does not always work in our favor. This video was published in May 2019.
Rejection Sucks
Once I received my acceptance letter for New York University, I entered College Board’s Collegiance scholarship competition. This short video features my rejection letters from other universities I applied to, but ultimately shows my victorious acceptance. This video was published in May 2019.
